The assessment will take approximately 45mins to complete at the property. All living spaces should be made available for an accurate certificate to be completed. The buildings energy efficiency is calculated by measuring such things as its insulation levels, boiler efficiency and heat loss areas. At the end of the inspection an Energy Performance Certificate will be issued for the property (within 48 hours) and recommendations to improve the buildings rating will be given.
